 5 Mile Coffee O Results

July 15th, 2005      

It was hot, hazy, and very humid...not a good night for a run.  
The weather took it's toll on all the Coffee O Fivers except perhaps, 
Laura Hutchinson.  Ms. Hutchinson, last week's Paul White Road Race 
winner, seemed unfazed by the conditions and steaked home in 32:15 to 
place second over-all and first for the women.  Lauren Kummer edged 
Lucy Young for second in the women's race.
      Early pace setter, Don Fredrikson, settled for a third place 
finish.  Chris George nabbed second for the men.  The Coffee O Five is 
a weekly five mile run and 2.4 mile walk that is held every Friday 
night at 5:30 from Town Hall Square in Falmouth.  There is no entry fee 
for this event and all are invited to participate.
