 5 Mile Coffee O Results

The calendar said October, but it felt like the dog days of August 
out there for the Coffee O Five this week...hazy, hot, and very humid.  
Somehow Jim Barry of North Falmouth cranked out a personal best time on  a very tough night to run.  Mr. Barry finished in 35:40 and cracked the 
top five as well.
      Sharon Grace, a Coffee O veteran of several years, nabbed her 
first ever Coffee O win.  Ms. Grace finished in just over 38 minutes.  
Ann Tarrant took second for the second week in a row with a time of 
just under 39 minutes.  Stace Beaulieu edged Kristine Bunker for third.
      The Coffee O Five is a weekly five mile run and 2.4 mile walk that 
is held every Friday night at 5:30 from Town Hall Square in Falmouth. 
There is no entry fee for this self-timed event and all are welcome to 
participate.
