Early in the week Paul Farrell ran into Dave Brandland, a visitor 
from the state of Washington, and somehow convinced the friendly west 
coaster that the thing to do in Falmouth was to run run the Coffee O 
Five.  Mr. Brandland was so convinced that he wasn't even deterred by 
the rain and he showed up for his inaugural jaunt.  Despite a couple of 
wrong turns here and there, he finished unscathed but a little wet... 
well maybe very wet.  He ran 41:10 and took seventh, just as second up 
on Crash Richards, the North Falmouth canon man.
      The Coffee O Five is a weekly five mile run that is held at 5:30 
from Town Hall Square in Falmouth... rain or shine.
