 5 Mile Coffee O Results

       Wendy Carroll ended up on the injured reserve list this week with 
sore foot syndrome, and that left the women's race up for grabs this 
week at the Coffee O Five.  Eileen Miskell, a Coffee O veteran of many 
years, raced home to grab her first ever Coffee O win.  Ms. Miskell 
finished in 42:23, a minute up on Lauren Kummer.  Kristine Bunker, a 
thirteen-year-old speedster from Falmouth took third with a time of 45 
minutes and change.
      Steve Ruane finished in a tie for first in what will likely be his 
last Coffee O Fiver for a while, as he will be setting sail for 
Beantown next week.  Don Fredrikson nabbed third.
      The Coffee O Five is a weekly five mile race that is held every 
Friday night at 5:30 from
Town Hall Square in Falmouth.  There is no entry fee for this 
self-timed event and all are welcome to participate.
