     A spring thaw rolled into town this weekend and it brought out 31 
runners to the Coffee O Five...most of them clad in shorts and T 
shirts.  It was the largest field of the year.
      P.J. Petrone chalked up another personal best time as he stormed 
across the line in second place with a time of 30:48.  Mike Norton and 
Steve Faluotico helped set the pace and finished right on Mr. Petrone's 
heals.  Chris Lord, an SEA student from Danforth Maine, finished fifth 
in 3:40... a good minute or so off his debut time of last week.
      Stace Beaulieu led the women with a time of 39:08.  Ann Tarrant 
bested  Wendy Carroll by just two seconds to take second and Rachel 
Horwitz nabbed third.
     The St. Patrick's Day Coffee O Fiver will be next week at 5:30 from 
Town Hall Square in Falmouth...all are invited to participate.  The 
First Annual Vernal Equinox Mile will be held on March 20th.
