 5 Mile Coffee O Results

The Coffee O Fivers aren't superstitious, as a large field of 38 
runners turned out this Friday the thirteenth for the five mile run.  
It actually proved to be a lucky night for many of the runners.
    Ben Hassey and Brett Anderson ran personal best times of 33:25 and 
33:28 and they placed fourth and fifth respectively. Doug Stafford, 
another Falmouth High harrier, also ran a personal best time... he 
finished in 42:16. The three Falmouth High Harriers have a long break 
in their cross country schedule.
      Stace Beaulieu smashed her personal best by a good 30 seconds and 
her time of 33:40 stood up for first place for the women.  Wendy 
Carroll crossed two minute later to take second and Jill Irving-Bishop 
was third in 36:34.  Susan Maddigan returned after a long break and set 
a personal best also with a time of 44:10.
      The Coffee O Five is a weekly five mile run from Town Hall Square 
in Falmouth at 5:30 every Friday night, all are welcome to participate. 
  The event is sponsored by the Falmouth Track Club and Coffee Obsession coffee shop.
