Thirty runner toed the line this week at the Coffee O Five. A pair of 47-year-old guys took first and second, Dave McPherson cracked the top five as he finished in a few tics under 35 minutes. Paul DiAngelis, the USATF iron runner from North Falmouth ran a personal best time of 38:50 en route to a top ten finish.
Stace Beaulieu out distanced Karli Cannata of Cotuit by a minute to take the women's race. Ann Tarrant took third for the women.
The Coffee O Five is weekly five mile run held every Friday night at Town Hall Square in Falmouth, there are just three weeks left to run the event in daylight this year.
