Forty-one runners took their chances with the threatening thunderstorms at the Coffee O Five this week. It was a tie for first up front with an old bald headed guy pushing a couple of babies nabbing third. Iron Mike Garry cracked 50 minutes for the first time in a couple of years.
Stace Beaulieu edged Joanne Jack for first in the women's race. Victoria Stearns finished third.
The Coffee O Five is a five mile run held every Friday night at 5:30 from Town Hall Square in Falmouth. There is no charge for this self-timed event and all are welcome to participate.
