Just Eighteen runners toed the line for the post Thanksgiving Coffee O Five. Todd Kirkman, a former Falmouth High harrier, bested Ben Ouimet, a current Falmouth High harrier, by a couple of minutes to take the win. It was a battle of Mike's for the next three spots as Mike Irving edged Mike Ouimet for third and Mike McKenna took fifth. Mr. McKenna runs the Coffee O Five just once a year, always on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Wendy Carroll edged Carolyn Bird for first in the women's race.
The Coffee O Five is a weekly five mile run held every Friday night at 5:30 from Town Hall Square in Falmouth. All are invited to participate. Reflective running gear is required in the winter.
