The Coffee O Fivers had to dig out their reflective running vests out of storage this week, as they toed the line in the dark. There were a few stumbles and a couple of wrong turns but all made it through unscathed.
It was a two way tie up front for the men, and Liz Douglas led the women with a time of 40:32. The Coffee O Five is a weekly five mile run held every Friday nigh at 5:30 from Town Hall Square in Falmouth, all are invited to participate. Reflective running gear is required through the winter, spare reflective vests are available at the start.
