Thirty-four runner enjoyed a perfect night for a run this week at the Coffee O Five. Michael Irving took a minute off his personal best time as he crossed the line in 29:44. Lynn Holmgren took first for the women and sixth over-all with a time of 33:35.
The Coffee O Five is a weekly five mile race held every Friday night at 5:30 PM from Town Hall Square in Falmouth. All are invited to participate in this self-timed event.
