Close to sixty runners crossed the line at the Coffee O Five this week. Chris Algar coasted home in 29:34 to take the win with Mike Stone just 17 seconds back. Ben Ouimet, who won his first Coffee O last week with a huge personal best, had another strong run. John Banner cracked 40 minutes this week as well.
The Burtons nabbed first and second for the women as Katie Burton dashed home in 36:40 to win her first Coffee O. Janice Burton finished 40 seconds later to take second for the women.
The Coffee O Five is a weekly five mile race held every Friday night from Town Hall Square in Falmouth. All are welcome to participate in this self-timed event.
