Forty-three runners enjoyed another perfect night for a run at the Coffee-O Five this week. Mike Irving bolted to an early lead and never looked back as he took first in just over 30 minutes. Tom Giardino, a first time Coffee O Fiver, started slow and finished fast and nabbed second in 30:41. Will Briggs posted another personal best time to take third in two tics over 32 minutes.
Joanne Jack edged Stace Beaulieu by a second to take first for the women. Christine Mingione took third.
The Coffee O Five is a weekly five mile race held every Friday night at 5:30 PM from Town Hall Square in Falmouth. All are invited to participate in this self-timed event.
